What happens in the first session?
Before we touch a single weight, we talk. About your goals, your lifestyle, your history. Pain, injuries, sleep, stress — all of this affects your training. Only someone who understands you as a whole person can develop a plan that actually works.
This is followed by a short movement screening: How do you move? Where are there restrictions? Which muscles are "asleep"? This takes 15 minutes and tells me more than 10 hours of observation in the gym.
The difference from group training
In group classes, everyone does the same exercise. In reality, everyone has different proportions, different mobility, different weaknesses. What is perfect for person A can mean injury for person B.
In 1:1 coaching, every exercise is tailored to you. I see in real time whether your form is correct, whether the weight is right, whether you are breathing. That is the difference between training and coaching.
How quickly do you see results?
It depends on the goal — but based on my experience with 200+ clients: most feel the first changes after 2–4 weeks. More energy. Better sleep. Less pain. Visible results appear after 6–10 weeks of consistent training.
